Lymphatic Drainage
Skin care is one of the main prerequisites for preventing wrinkles, tired-looking skin, and other signs of aging, and for this reason, it deserves proper attention. Many women choose natural and non-invasive approaches, including lymphatic drainage, a treatment that improves skin elasticity, reduces and prevents the formation of wrinkles, eliminates swelling and dark circles, and brightens and smooths the complexion.
Additionally, it promotes skin regeneration and tissue healing, relieves headaches and migraines, clears the nasal passages, reduces fatigue, and helps alleviate stress and psychological tension.
Facial lymphatic drainage
Facial lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique that targets the face, neck, and décolleté, stimulating the lymphatic vessels and supporting the function of the lymphatic system. It helps slow down the skin’s aging process and offers numerous aesthetic and health benefits.
As we age, the skin loses tone and elasticity. Manual lymphatic drainage works according to the principle of anti-aging lifting: it firms the skin non-invasively, reduces wrinkles, and, thanks to targeted vascularization, enhances its natural radiance. The massage promotes lymphatic flow, reduces swelling in the face and neck, and defines the facial contours.
Additionally, the procedure delivers oxygen to the subcutaneous cells, improves hydration, and helps relax tension and pressure.
The treatment process
The therapy begins with relaxation of the front of the neck.
This step is very important: the main lymphatic channels are located in this area, collecting lymph from the entire body and returning it to the bloodstream. By activating these “central” areas first, the main drainage pathway is opened, allowing lymph to flow freely. This way, swelling is reduced more easily, and the therapy is safer and more effective.
The session then continues with the drainage of the décolleté, under the chin, the face, and the head. The treatment lasts 60 minutes.
