Lymphatic Drainage Massage
for the Abdomen
Abdominal lymphatic drainage is a targeted technique aimed at promoting proper lymphatic flow in the abdominal area, stimulating detoxification of the body and supporting healthy digestion. It helps eliminate toxins, improves intestinal motility, and supports tissue regeneration, even after liposuction.
From an aesthetic perspective, it contributes to reducing waist circumference, diminishing cellulite, and toning the skin, while providing a pleasant sense of lightness, relaxation, and overall well-being.
The treatment process
The therapy begins in a supine position, with relaxation of the front of the neck.
This step is very important: the main lymphatic ducts are located in this area, collecting lymph from the entire body and returning it to the bloodstream. By activating these “central” areas first, the main drainage pathway is opened, allowing lymph to flow freely. This way, swelling is reduced more easily, and the therapy is safe and effective.
The treatment includes the release of lymph nodes in the axillary and inguinal regions, relaxation of the diaphragm, and abdominal lymphatic drainage.
The therapy lasts 60 minutes.
