I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno (2012) and a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University in Prague (2015). From 2015 to 2024, I worked in outpatient practice in the Czech Republic (RehaYog, MUDr. Jan Černý, Rehamed Praha, MUDr. Jan Zídek). In 2025, I moved to Rome. I am a physiotherapist with officially recognized qualifications in Italy and registered with the Italian Register of Physiotherapists (No. 10884).

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, course for physiotherapists, 120 hours, with final exam (Toušková, 2022 – 2023)

Course program:

  • Acquisition of the knowledge, procedures, and principles required for performing manual lymphatic drainage, including correct hand techniques.

  • Mastery of the anatomical topography of the body areas treated with the manual lymphatic drainage method.

  • Understanding the indications and contraindications for manual lymphatic drainage, with particular attention to supporting rehabilitation.

  • Correct use of professional terminology in communication related to manual lymphatic drainage.

  • Theoretical and practical training in bandaging techniques and instrumental compression therapy within the overall care of patients with lymphedema.
